Htmltext

A WYSIWYG editor for HTML based on the Andrew Toolkit, written by Nick Williams, of the Systems Architecture Research Centre, City University, London, Htmltext runs under UNIX with the X Window system, and is available at no charge in binary for SPARCs running SunOS 4.1 from:

ftp://ftp.cs.city.ac.uk/pub/htmltext/htmltext-sun4_41.tar.Z

For other platforms the Andrew Toolkit will need to be installed in order to compile the source. It is available, free of charge, from:
