dtd2html

dtd2html is a Perl program, written by Earl Hood, which converts arbitrary SGML documents to HTML format. It is available for UNIX, and does, of course, require the presence of a Perl interpreter in order to run. There is an information page for dtd2html:

http://www.uci.edu/dtd2html/home.html

The program is available at no charge by anonymous ftp:

ftp://ftp.uci.edu/pub/dtd2html/

Note: this HTML document was generated in December 1994 directly from the LaTeX source files using LaTeX2HTML. It was formatted into our standard page layout using the Template Toolkit. The document is mainly of historical interest as obviously many of the sites mentioned have long since disappeared.
